About Our Name
Aureus is a gold coin and monetary unit of ancient Rome. The aureus was regularly issued from the 1st century BC to the beginning of the 4th century AD. Analysis of the Roman aureus shows the purity level usually to have been near to 24 karat gold, so in excess of 99% pure.

Investor Realtions Specialist | Managing Partner
Skyler brings over 15 years of real estate experience to the table. He is committed to the highest level of professional and personal excellence to meet and exceed goals and expectations. Overseeing acquisitions and broker relations are his main areas of focus.
In addition to real estate he owns and operates multiple companies in both the medical sector and business consulting and training. He also spends time traveling across the United States teaching and training new multi-family real estate investors on how to find and underwrite deals and has worked with and helped international investors get started investing in the United States real estate market.
Bryan Twitchell
Investor Relations Specialist | Managing Partner
Bryan brings 16+ years of business and real estate experience to the table, working largely in the residential, commercial and multi family space. Furthermore, he has been a business and real estate investment strategist for multiple companies, working across many verticals. He has performed business and real estate trainings in all 50 states, and a number of countries including, but not limited to: Australia, Canada, UK, New Zealand and many Asianic countries. His primary focus is overseeing capital raising and investor relations.
From 2014-2016 Bryan was part of an investment group that did between 30-60 deals per month.
Bryan is committed to building long term relationships and providing investment opportunities outside of the status quo to investors in order to build long term financial security with the utmost professionalism.
